+ What if I need to cancel?

Refunds: Guest cancellations must be made 45 full days prior to 3pm EST on the day of check in. A full refund will be issued in the form of a credit towards a future stay. Your credit will be held and honored until your new booking is made. We encourage guests to reschedule booking dates upon cancellation but understand if there is a lapse in booking time.

No Refunds: For any reservations canceled by the guest within 15 full days of 3pm EST on the day of check in, no refunds or credits will be given.

If booked through AirBnB or VRBO, please see their cancellation policies.

+ Are there other fees?

Yes, there are local, state, and tourism taxes in addition to a $200/stay cleaning fee.

+ Is the pool heated?

Yes, the pool is heated.

+ May I host an event or throw a party?

No, we do not allow parties at any of our homes.

+ Are bikes and golf carts included?

No, they are not. We encourage you to book your own through these recommendations:

+ Are pets allowed?

We love pets and sadly, pets are not allowed at The Park.

+ Is smoking allowed at The Park?

No, smoking is not allowed at The Park in any of the units.

+ Is a Coffee Maker Provided?

Yes, we provide a Kiureg in every unit with pods. If you’re a heavy coffee drinker, bring/buy additional pods.

+ Are beach towels provided?

Four beach towels are provided in each unit. If you are washing your our beach towels during your stay, please do not wash with our white bathroom towels. We do not provide any other beach accessories (ie: tents or chairs).

+ Do you recommend any local restaurants?

Yes we do. We have an extensive guide in our Park Brochure, which is a booklet provided in every unit.

+ How big are the units?

Mandevilla: 1884 ftsq

All Other Units: 942 ftsq

+ Are shampoo and conditioner provided?

No. No shower shampoo, conditioner, etc is provided. Please plan to bring your own toiletries.

+ What is provided in the kitchen?

A full kitchen is provided (ie: pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, oils, salt and pepper, etc)

Kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven and microwave.

+ How far away is the beach?

The nearest beach access is within walking distance at the pier (0.4 miles away)

The Pier You can walk to this beach. There are plenty of accesses along the village sidewalk. This beach will go away during high tide. Check tide charts for Saint Simons Sound. Take a right off Park on Mallory and follow down to Pier.

Coast Guard Station Take a right onto Park Avenue, right on to Mallory, left onto Beachview. This will take you all the way to the Coast Guard station. At the stop sign at East Beach you will take a right and park in the parking lot. Sometimes this area can get crowded. You can walk to the far left to east beach proper and find plenty of room to set up.

Myrtle Street Beach Take a right onto Park Avenue, right onto Mallory, left onto Beachview. Once you pass Saint Simons Elementary begin to look for Myrtle Street on your right. Take a right. At the stop sign you will be looking at Myrtle but it is one way. Take a left and then your first right to circle around. This is the area south of king and prince. There is minimal parking but if you get there early enough you will find space. This is where most of the locals go - lots of kids, families, etc. With the ever changing coastline around here this beach may be covered up at high tide so plan accordingly.
